Considering all the factors involved, your connection may be fast but you still see freezing because of 'packet loss'. It's very rare to see the service freeze even during peak times and ppv events. For the technically proficient wireshark and traceroute can show you where the packet loss occurs between you and the server and if the percentage is high enough you will see issues beyond anyones control. This is offset using the newest digital balance dispersement array.
